Research on a Superhydrophobic Coating of Highly Transparent Wear-Resistant Inorganic/Organic Silicon Composite Resin

Transparent superhydrophobic materials can be used in car glass, curtain walls, mobile phone screens, and other items. However, the hydrophobicity, transparency, abrasion resistance of transparent coating are mutually restricted, it is difficult to prepare with good performance. In this article, taking screen as research object, inorganic silicon resin crystal main material, organic binder hardness regulator, addition hydrophobically modifying nano silica particles, a high-transparent, wear-resistant, researched. Experiments showed that when composition mass ratio SJ-32F 9825 9:1 modified 1.7%, has 3H–4H suitable for contact angle reach more than 150°, rolling less 10°, light transmittance remains high at 91–95%. The cross-hatch adhesion strength reaches 5B, average measured by pull tester about 5.4 MPa. When rubbing times reached 100, remained above 80%, basically unchanged.
